The answer to your first 2 questions is because while technology is supposed to ease our lives, it actually confuses and frustrates them - very often.
The answer to your third question is because your brother found a cheap ticket to London.
And now for the fourth: It would do your heart much good to confront that deed head-on, and release the burden to those who can do something about it.
I'm thankful for your tender heart, but it does make life a little more difficult. Some holiday R & R will refresh your spirit. love ya!
